Doug McEwen – Senior Team Leader
After over 30 years as an Engineer in the Cable TV and Telecommunications industry Doug joined Kimberley to bring his valuable expertise to Hearts on Fire. He has been involved with various faith based organizations since his personal encounter with his Creator in his early twenties. Doug is an avid sailor who enjoys personal and family adventures! He has an extraordinary gift and love of photography. He brings beauty and creation to life through the arts and video. Doug's personal commitment to Kingdom focused character growth and development qualifies him for raising up leaders to influence our world.

Kimberley McEwen - Senior Team Leader
Kimberley is a woman of faith who believes in the transformational power of holistic leadership development. Through her own journey she has learned that the Creator has designed each individual with talents, abilities and gifts to be used to make this world a better place for everyone. She desires to train, equip and send leaders who possess strength in character into the world to bring Kingdom impact to every sphere of culture. Kimberley is an entrepreneur and likes building new things. She loves being with her family which includes her Grandchildren. She is committed to loving her Creator and loving all people with a "Love No Matter What" kind of love.
